Introduction

Welcome to UndercoverDevs! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web application and services (collectively, "Services"), which are provided by UndercoverDevs. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts

• Registration: You must register for an account to access certain features of our Services, such as subscribing to Pro or Premium plans.
• Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

2. Subscriptions

• Pro Plan: Ads are disabled for Pro users. This plan does not include access to the AI copilot.
• Premium Plan: Premium users will not see ads, and will have access to the AI copilot.
• Renewal and Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings.

3. Use of Services

• You may use our Services only as permitted by law and according to these Terms.
• You must not misuse our Services. For example, you must not interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide.

4. Content

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit to our Services.
